Images 35 exhibition and tour

Last year's Images 36 exhibition and award night was held at Bankside Gallery, London, and showcased the work of over 150 illustrators who have been selected from the 'Images 35: Best of British Illustration' publication.

The awards evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the excellent work that has been generated over the past year. The gallery was bustling with illustrators and commissioners alike. AOI patrons Peter Till, Carolyn Gowdy, Ian Pollock, Brian Grimwood and Gary Powell were amongst those in attendance as well as representatives from the European Illustrators Forum.

Sabine Reimer, AOI Images Coordinator and Martin Harrison, Senior Designer at The Times presented the ceremony, which was opened by AOI Managing Director Ramón Blomfield and AOI Chairman Rod Hunt.
